Training of Trainers: Online On-boarding
The NMT Programme starts a new cohort of 2023-2024, in which 16 DIES Alumni Teams from Africa, Latin America and Southeast Asia were selected to implement multiplication training in their home countries.
A Training of Trainers workshop will be offered to the alumni team before they start their training. The workshop will be held from 24 to 28 July 2023 in Berlin/Potsdam, Germany. An online onboarding before the in-person workshop started already in early June. It includes three sessions, i.e.
June 7: NMT Finance and Administration
June 21: How to Plan Your Training? From Objectives to Action Plans
July 5: Project Groups: Meet the Mentors and Peers
The onboarding offers a good opportunity for the participants to get to know each other before the workshop and gradually get to know the NMT context as well as get prepared for their in-person workshop.
