How to Encourage a Movement of Change in Ecological Sustainability within a University

OUTLINE: Ecological sustainability has become one issue that UKWMS has recently tackled. The university is facing some internal challenges in the initiative movement. The question that speakers would like to raise is how to build a new culture within a workplace that will foster an enthusiastic and open attitude to embrace change? How to encourage people to welcome changes? We would like to hear your experiences on how you have managed to bring people in your university to act together and develop action plans, particularly if the action is about ecological sustainability.
