Yamila F. Silva Peralta

Vita

Dr Yamila F. Silva Peralta has a PhD in Psychology (University of Barcelona, Spain), a master's Erasmus Mundus Work in Organisation and Personnel Psychology (University of Barcelona, Spain), and a master's in Social Sciences and Humanities (University Paris V René Descartes, France). She is an Organisational Psychology professor (National University of Mar del Plata, Argentina) and a CONICET associate researcher. Her main research topics are: social entrepreneurship, competencies for internationalisation and gender perspective. Dr Peralta has published more than 30 scientific papers and presented in more than 100 national and international dissertations, conferences and panels. She is socially- and community-oriented, and serves as a planner and co-coordinator of the Higher Education International Fair Argentina (FIESA 2020-21). Dr Peralta is the Female Social Entrepreneurship Project director (Perez Guerrero Trust Fund, United Nations), and Social Entrepreneurship Network coordinator (CYTED, 2021-2024). She has served as the vice president of LINED Global Foundation (2022- present) and the president of the Iberoamerican Network of Organisational Sustainability Development / RIIDESO (2023- present). Additionally, she has been a Research Working Group Coordinator of "Connecting Latin America, The Caribbean and Germany" / CALCA (2021- present).
