Wigbertus Labi Halan, SFil, MSocio is the Head of the Virtues Development Center at Universitas Katolik Widya Mandala Surabaya. He is organising a value development program with the theme of civilisation of love. He studied philosophy and the social sciences, particularly sociology. He is also a lecturer at UKWMS, teaching philosophy and social sciences courses. He can be reached at virtuesdev-center@ukwms.ac.id.
