Dr Siti Hawa Ngalim is a senior lecturer in cell-material interfaces of the bone-gut axis at Universiti Sains Malaysia. She is a member of the Young Scientist Network – Academy of Sciences Malaysia, where she is involved in the Science, Technology and Innovation (STI) Talent Pipeline and ArtScience initiatives. She received her PhD (pathology) from UNSW in 2013 in Australia; MRes (nanomedicine) from Newcastle University, UK in 2008; BSc (biotechnology) from PSU, USA in 2007.
