     Dr Aram Qadir is the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq; he has been leading the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for the last four years. Before leading the ministry, he had various previous responsibilities, including human rights and martyr affairs in the Kurdistan Region Government.
