Dr. Mohammed is a forensic linguist from the International Center for Forensic Linguistics at Aston University. He is an experienced academic with a demonstrated history of working in higher education. He is well-skilled in research, lecturing, teaching, leadership and administration, international relations, and public speaking. He represents the Ministry of Higher Education in many events and occasions as well as in many committees outside the Ministry. He graduated from Salahadeen University in 2000 and got an MA in Methodology and Applied Linguistics from Diyala University in 2006. Later, in 2011, he got PhD in English Linguistics and Pragmatics (purely in Forensic Linguistics) from Sulaimani University. He was an exchange faculty member at Appalachian State University- NC-USA in 2009, and an Academic visitor to Aston University, Birmingham, UK, in 2010. He was working as an International Relations Officer for H.E. of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research- KRG.
