Phyllis B. K. Donkor

Vita

Phyllis Bernice Kwarteng Donkor (Opare), PhD, is a distinguished academic and educator at the University of Ghana’s Department of Teacher Education. With a PhD in Occupational and Technical Education from Old Dominion University, her research focuses on gender mainstreaming, technology integration in education, and gamification. She has held various academic and administrative positions, including Lecturer and Academic Advisor, and has been actively involved in numerous committees and boards. Dr. Donkor has facilitated and presented at international conferences and workshops, contributing significantly to the fields of education and leadership. Her extensive publication record includes research on climate change, gender in STEM, and educational methodologies. As the National President of the Ghana chapter of African Women in Agricultural Research and Development (AWARD), she continues to champion gender equality and innovation in education.
