Dr Hardson Kwandayi is a distinguished academic and leader in higher education with 25 years of experience. He holds a PhD in Higher Education from the University of Arizona and various qualifications from the University of Zimbabwe, specialising in quality assurance, public leadership, and public policy analysis. Currently, he serves as the Director of Academic and Institutional Audits at the Zimbabwe Council for Higher Education (ZIMCHE). Previously, he was the Director of Quality Assurance at Lupane State University and managed the Public Sector Management Training Programme (PSMTP) across 15 Eastern and Southern African nations. Dr Kwandayi's international contributions include participating in university academic audits worldwide. He holds leadership roles on the Executive Boards of the Southern African Quality Assurance Network (SAQAN) and the African Quality Assurance Network (AfriQAN).
