Dr Juan José Araya Barrantes is a full professor and academic leader from Costa Rica, currently serving as Director of the School of Chemistry at the University of Costa Rica. He holds a PhD in Medicinal Chemistry from the University of Kansas as a Fulbright-LASPAU fellow. His career combines academic leadership, research, and international cooperation, with over 25 scientific publications.
