Pamela Cáceres is Vice-Rector for Research and Graduate Studies at Blas Pascal University in Córdoba, Argentina. With over 20 years in higher education leadership, she focuses on enhancing the social impact and civic engagement of universities. Her research and teaching cover local democratic governance, advocacy, collective action, and sustainability innovation. She also co-founded Nuestra Córdoba, a civil society network promoting just, democratic, and sustainable cities.
