About the training

In collaboration with the Dialogue on Innovative Higher Education Strategies (DIES), the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), and the German Rectors' Conference (HRK), and within the framework of the National Multiplication Training program, the University of Alicante is pleased to present the course "Risk Management and Crisis Leadership for Higher Education Institutions."

Designed by experts for executives, academic leaders, and professionals in the education sector, the course focused on implementing specific tools and strategies aimed at strengthening institutional resilience in the face of challenges inherent to constantly changing environments in the Latin American context. The course content covered fundamental aspects such as risk identification and assessment, effective mitigation strategies, resilient leadership, decision-making in critical situations, effective communication during crises, and strategic collaboration with key stakeholders. With a practical approach supported by real-life experiences, the course provided a conducive space for knowledge exchange and networking with leading professionals in the field.
