Ida Puspita
Vita
Ida Puspita is a lecturer in the English Literature Study Program at Universitas Ahmad Dahlan (UAD), Indonesia. She has nearly 20 years of experience in teaching, research, and higher education internationalization. Her research interests include comparative literature, postcolonial studies, and the sociology of literature, particularly focusing on gender, identity, and cultural representation. Ida previously served as Head of the International Office at UAD from 2013 to 2024, where she led the university’s internationalization strategy, developed global partnerships, and managed international programs such as Erasmus+, DAAD, and British Council initiatives. She is also an expert team member for international learning programs under the Indonesian Ministry of Higher Education. She is an alumna of the DIES Management of Internationalization (MoI) DAAD in program (2017/2018) and has been actively involved in DIES-NMT initiatives as training team. Ida will commence her PhD in English Literature at UNSW Canberra, Australia, in 2026 under a UNSW scholarship. Her research focuses on comparative studies of motherhood in Indonesian and Australian literature.
