Prof (Mrs.) Rosemond Boohene is a Professor of Enterprise Development at the Centre for Entrepreneurship and Small Enterprise Development, University of Cape Coast. She was the former; Head of Department of Management Studies, Vice Dean of the School of Business, Dean for International Education, University of Cape Coast and Visiting Professor at the Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences, Germany. Prof. Boohene has served as a reviewer and presented at conferences and published articles and book chapters in both local and international journals. She has 23 years’ experience in enterprise development and higher education management and has managed projects for the EXIM Bank Ghana, Rainforest Alliance, Association of African Universities, European Union (EU), the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and the United Nations Office of Programmes and Services (UNOPS) on Small and Medium Sized Enterprises Development and Entrepreneurship. She also led a team to establish the Centre for Entrepreneurship and Small Enterprise Development, the University of Cape Coast Business incubator and the rolling out of a University wide entrepreneurship course which aimed at developing the entrepreneurial mindsets and skills of students, graduates and the community. Prof. Rosemond Boohene is the Current Pro Vice- Chancellor of the University of Cape Coast- Ghana.
