Sophie Ekume Etomes
Vita
Sophie Ekume Etomes is an Associate Professor in Economics of Education and is currently the Head of Department for Educational Psychology in the Faculty of Education at the University of Buea. She holds a PhD in Educational Administration from the University of Buea, Postdoctoral certification in Research Leadership from the University of Pretoria, South Africa, a Certificate on Doctoral Education, Stellenbosch University, South Africa and a certificate on University Leadership and Management (UNILEAD) from DAAD/DIES Centre for Life Long Learning (C3llo), Carl Von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg, Germany. She leads the Community of Practice for doctoral students in the Faculty of Education at the University of Buea. Her research focuses on the economics of education, leadership and management of higher education, and doctoral education, with a particular interest in educational productivity.
