Katherine Fulgence
Vita
Dr. Fulgence holds a PhD in Business Administration from the University of Siegen, Germany majoring in Entrepreneurship Education and Employability of Graduates. She has over 10 years of experience in teaching, researching and consulting in the areas of entrepreneurship, project management and small business development. She has also won several research projects and has made publications in the areas of Digital Fluency, Proposal writing and Doctoral Supervision. Dr. Fulgence also heads the Education Foundations, Management and Lifelong Learning Department at Dar es Salaam University College of Education. As an associate of the University of Dar es Salaam Entrepreneurship Centre (UDEC), she has consulted a number of organizations including private companies, business associations and agencies. Dr. Fulgence has also managed a four-year project funded by Nuffic (2005 – 2008). The project worths 1.1m Euros and was aimed to enhance the growth and competitiveness of the Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) sector in Tanzania.
