Dr. Sok Uttara is currently Vice President for Internal Quality Assurance and Internal Audit of CamEd Institute. He is a professor of English and educational management and leadership. His research interests include quality assurance, assessment, and early childhood education. Dr. Uttara used to be a dean of English and education for 20 years. He earned his Bachelor of Education in TEFL from the Institute of Foreign Languages in 1998, Master in Educational Administration from Ateneo De Manila University in 2001, and PhD in Educational Management and Leadership from De La Salle University in 2008. He attended the International Deans’ Course organized by IDC Germany and the “Leadership in Higher Education” course at Harvard University, the USA.
