Mr. Sékou Fofana is an Economist, CAMES Quality Assurance Expert, Technical Assistant to the National Quality Assurance Authority in Education, Training and Research (ANAQ) / Guinea. Head of Department of Economic Sciences (2018-2020), Assistant to the Financial Controller (2015-2017), cumulatively He is the Head of Section in charge of Interuniversity Relations and Partners in the Department of External Relations and University, Scientific and Technical Cooperation (RECUST, 2009 -2018). Mr. Fofana holds a Masters in Audit and Management Control from Lansana CONTE General University of Sonfonia-Conakry. Reclassified as an assistant in 2011, he obtained a certificate of expertise after two (2) years of work-study training in Quality Assurance with the University of Saarland (Saarbrücken, Germany) in the French-speaking area of CAMES with funding. DAAD. He is certified in digital education (Moodle) with the French NGO Les Enfants de l'Aïr in collaboration with the University of Lorraine (France) (2016). Mr. Fofana has capacities in standby and setting up Bankable Projects (2014-2015) and the development of establishment projects (Strategic Plan) with the Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie (AUF, 2018). He is a Member of the trainer committee of the National Multiplication Trainings with Postdam University (Germany) in Guinea.
