Dr. Ing. Andrés Romero is a lecturer at the Instituto de Energía Eléctrica of the Universidad Nacional de San Juan, and researcher of CONICET in Argentina. He was born in Colombia, in 1978. He received a degree in electrical engineering from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia, in 2002, and the Ph.D. degree from the Universidad Nacional de San Juan (UNSJ), in 2009. His current research interests include asset management in smart grids and power quality.
