Caroline Badaru, is an accomplished HR Generalist with over 12 years of experience in the private and public Sector. Currently she is the Senior Human Resource Officer in the 6th Public University in Uganda where she is serving her 6th year, having started as a Human Resource Officer. Previously, Caroline, worked with a telecommunication service provider, manufacturing and processing industry nationally and internationally gaining unusual and innovative experience in Pretoria-South Africa, Dar es Salaam –Tanzania and in Uganda. Overtime, she has practiced HR policy formulation and implementation, controls, review and corrective actions. She has championed organizational training, documentation, Programmes Development through Quality Management Systems. Caroline, possesses success in Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2000), a system that she used in her earlier careers in Human Resource Management, she has excellent writing abilities, effective communication, strategic thinking, clear analytical report writing and presentation with exceptional contribution to all customers’ service. Again, while implementing policy through the quality management systems, Caroline got exposed to different systems in the profession.
