Associate Professor in the Department of Educational Policy Studies and Leadership. Has held several positions in tertiary institutions (deputy dean at the Faculty of Education, chairperson of Educational Foundations Management and Curriculum Studies, acting college principal, vice principal, and head of the Department of Theory and Practice of Education at various teachers’ colleges). Prof E Mangwaya is an accomplished researcher who supports teacher professional development programmes in different tertiary institutions as a resource person.
