Mónica Arauco Urzagaste is the Academic Vice-Rector at the Universidad Privada Tecnológica de Santa Cruz (UPTESA), bringing over 20 years of teaching experience and 15 years in academic management. Specializing in curriculum design and the organization of the teaching-learning process. Currently pursuing a PhD in Education at the University of Salamanca, Spain, her research focuses on measuring the competencies, challenges, and attitudes of university professors toward the use of virtual learning environments.
