Polycarpe Ulbad Tougan
Vita
Mr Polycarpe Ulbad Tougan obtained his PhD in Food Standards, Quality Control and Technology in 2013. He completed two postdoctoral courses at Gembloux Agro-Bio Tech and at the University of Liège, Belgium in 2014 and 2017. He had also been granted by TWAS-UNESCO for postdoctoral research completion at Jordan University of Science and Technology. Since 2015 he has been a Lecturer- Researcher at the University of Parakou. Polycarpe Ulbad is the current Vice-Coordinator of the Food Security and Nutrition Research Programme of CAMES. He is also the current Communications Officer of the International Association of University Pedagogy International.
