Dr. Camel LAGNIKA is a teacher-researcher, and an associate professor at the School of Sciences and Techniques of Conservation and Processing of Agricultural Products of the National University of Agriculture. In 2013, he obtained his PhD in Food Science and Technology from Jiangnan University in Wuxi, China. He also holds two master‘s degrees, and a doctorate in veterinary medicine from the Interstate School of Veterinary Sciences and Medicine. He has also published more than thirty scientific articles in international impact factor and indexed journals. Quality manager at ESTCTPA, he is an expert in the organization of Quality Infrastructure.
