Célestin Twagirumukiza
Vita
Célestin Twagirumukiza has been working at the Institut Catholique de Kabgayi (ICK) as director of Academic Quality Assurance since 2020. From 2013 to 2022 he served as the head of the Department of Rural and Urban Development, lecturer and member of the Quality Assurance Committee at ICK. As the focal person, he was involved in various internal quality assurance tasks which resulted in accreditation of different academic programmes at the institute. He is also an alumnus of the project of DIES - Afrique QA-TrainIQA delivered in 2022 by the University of Potsdam, in collaboration with DAAD and other partners. He holds an MA degree in development studies obtained in 2014 and a bachelor’s degree in education and school psychology from 2002.
