Grace Patrick Kihumulo

Vita

Kihumulo Grace Patrick is the director of Quality Assurance and Enhancement at Kepler College, with over 11 years of experience in higher education management, teaching, research, and quality assurance. Before joining Kepler College, he served as the director of Quality Assurance and a lecturer at KIM University, and he has successfully managed a number of both institutional and program accreditations under the established laws and standards at the national and regional levels.

He is the founding member and the first president of Rwanda Higher Education Quality Assurance Network (RWAQAN), former vice-president (2018-2021) and a country representative – Rwanda (2016-2018) at East Africa Higher Education Quality Assurance Network (EAQAN). He is a trained quality assurance expert and a peer reviewer for the High Education Council (HEC) and the Inter-University Council of East Africa (IUCEA).

Patrick holds an MBA (2014), and a bachelor’s degree in procurement and logistics management (2010). He is currently working on a research proposal in preparation for a PhD. His key competencies include quality assurance, accreditation, ISO 900 - “QMS”, curriculum design and review, QMS auditing, as well as teaching and research.
