Ngepathimo Kadhila

Dr Ngepathimo Kadhila is the Director of Quality Assurance at the University of Namibia. He holds a PhD in higher education focusing on quality assurance from the University of the Free State, South Africa. Dr Kadhila has extensive experience in higher education management, curriculum development, industry collaboration, work-integrated learning, entrepreneurship, teaching and learning, assessment, academic development, and research processes. He has in-depth knowledge and critical perspectives on policy developments and the implementation of quality systems in higher education globally. Dr Kadhila has experience registering qualifications on the national qualifications framework (NQF), accreditation by quality assurance agencies and professional bodies, quality audits/reviews, and curriculum/academic programme development, implementation, and monitoring and review.
