Awa Mbaye is has a strong academic and professional background in management, financial engineering, and quality management. She graduated from Groupe ISM, where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in Management in 2011, followed by a master’s degree in Financial Engineering in 2013. Her professional career at Groupe ISM began in 2012, when she joined the newly established Quality Unit as an intern. Over the years, she progressively developed her expertise in quality management and contributed to the implementation and continuous improvement of the institution’s Quality Management System. Since 2021, she has been serving as Quality Manager at Groupe ISM. In this capacity, she is responsible for overseeing the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensuring the effective coordination of quality-related activities across the institution. With more than a decade of experience within Groupe ISM, Awa Mbaye is committed to promoting a culture of quality, continuous improvement, operational performance, and stakeholder satisfaction. Through her role, she contributes to strengthening quality practices and supporting the institution’s pursuit of excellence and sustainable performance.
