Vivian Verduguez Vargas
Vita
Vivian Verduguez has a PhD in Economics and Business Administration from UPB. She holds a master’s degree in Business Administration awarded by ESC Grenoble in France, a master’s degree in Integrated Management Systems from the Universidad Internacional de La Rioja in Spain, and a bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering from UPB. In addition, she was awarded a scholarship by the German cooperation DIES DAAD and holds certifications in the international programs "Training of University Deans" and "Management of Internationalization". With more than 20 years of experience, she has held key roles at UPB as Planning Advisor, International Accreditation and Rankings Advisor, and Director of the Quality Management System. As an independent consultant, she has advised more than 60 companies in Bolivia on Corporate Social Responsibility, Quality Management Systems, and Strategic Planning. In the academic field, she specializes in Process Organization and Design, Quality Management, Integrated Management Systems, and Strategic Planning.
