Oulimata Sarr

Oulimata Sarr is Evaluation Officer at the National Authority for Quality Assurance of Higher Education, Research and Innovation (ANAQ-Sup). Since 2018, its missions have included monitoring and conducting evaluation procedures (institutional and programme) as well as technical support for higher education institutions in Senegal. Their aim is to ensure the proper preparation and execution of the evaluation procedures, to support the institutions' internal quality assurance units and to monitor and evaluate the recommendations addressed to the institutions.
Graduated in humanities and social sciences, specialization training of trainers of the University Clermont Ferrand 2, Oulimata Sarr has also received training in « Internal Quality Assurance » Higher Education Institutions of West Francophone Africa at the University Duisburg Essen with the German Office for University Exchanges (DAAD). Most of her work focuses on the training of trainers in the field of internal quality assurance in higher education in Africa. From 2013 to 2018, she demonstrated extensive practical experience in the higher education sector, in particular during her stay at the Technical Institute of Commerce (ITECOM), where she was responsible for coordinating training programmes and management of the Internal Quality Assurance Unit of that institution.
