Panya Chanthavong

Vita

Mr. Panya Chanthavong is the Director of Educational Standards and Quality Assurance Center (ESQAC) under Ministry of Education and Sports (MoES), Lao PDR, which has the mandatory to manage the Quality Assurance from Early Childhood Education to Higher Education. He was a lecturer at the Department of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, the National University of Laos from 2003-2008 before he moved to the ESQAC. Panya graduated from National Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering in 1996 and hold a Master degree in Electrical Engineering from Nagaoka University of Technology, Japan in 2000.
