Dr. Baboucarr Njie is the University Registrar and Board Secretary of the Regional Maritime University a regional educational institute with diplomatic status owned by five Member countries including Cameroon, The Gambia, Ghana, Liberia and Sierra Leone with its headquarters in Accra, Ghana. He obtained his PhD in Educational Administration from University of Putra Malaysia, Master’s degree in Public Sector Management, Bachelor of Arts in English and a Certificate in Quality Assurance in Higher Education and is listed as a trainer of Quality Assurance in the National Multiplier Training of the DIES program in concert with DAAD and the German Rectors Conference (HRK).
