Michael Mawa
Vita
Prof. Michael Mawa is a higher education quality assurance expert in East Africa. He is currently the Head of the Quality Assurance and Qualifications Framework Unit at the Inter-University Council for East Africa (IUCEA). He previously served as Deputy Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs at Uganda Martyrs University; also served as the Director of Quality Assurance at Nkumba University. He is the Founding President for the Ugandan Universities Quality Assurance Forum (UUQAF) as well as the Founding President of the East African Higher Education Quality Assurance Network (EAQAN).
